What does it cost?

The Weight Loss Club is $400 a month. That price includes four doses of semaglutide injections with added B12, plus unlimited use of 25% off PhysiQ sessions and 25% off Virtue Deep RF sessions. The club cannot be combined with other specials or offers. Its skin care memberships are a separate program, priced at $99, $199 and $249 a month.

DermDox does not publish a consultation fee. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, whether the club price covers the full weight loss program, or what the membership commitment and cancellation terms are. Ask for all four in writing before you book.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription and whether a physician reviews the plan. Ask whether the $400 covers tirzepatide if it is prescribed, or only the four semaglutide doses. Ask how often the doses are given and what the plan looks like after them. Ask whether the personal nutritionist DermDox describes is included in the price, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded.

Ask how to cancel, how much notice is required, and whether unused doses are refunded. Ask whether any part of the visit can be billed to insurance, and whether you will receive an itemized receipt. Finally, ask whether the five other towns have offices, or whether patients from them are seen in Sugarloaf or by video.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want skin care and medical weight loss in the same dermatology office, and you are comfortable with a monthly membership once its terms are confirmed in writing. It is less suited to you if you need a published price for the full program before booking, or if you want a practice whose main focus is weight loss.
