What is Signature Vitality?
Signature Vitality is an IV therapy and wellness studio at 69 N. Wren Drive, Suite 2A, Pittsburgh, PA 15243, in the South Hills. The phone number is (412) 440-8702. Most of its work is IV drips, NAD+ therapy, and booster shots, given by registered nurses. Google's category for it is medical spa, and it has a 5-star rating from 73 reviews on Google.
Megan Cupp, RN, is the only prescriber named. Lauren is the other staff member named for the free weight management consults.
Weight management is one of its services. Its GLP-1 pages describe nurses guiding a client through getting a prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide, with IV nutrient support alongside. In its own words: "Our nurses walk you through the entire process, from getting your prescription to IV nutrient therapy that keeps you feeling good while the medication does its job." Peptide therapy is offered through consults, and personalized peptide options may be available after a qualification review. Other services include mobile IV visits across Greater Pittsburgh, the Vitality Booth, and NAD+ and Niagen (NR). It does not list hormone therapy as a service. Its hormone-related offering is a wellness plan for hormonal shifts and fertility.
What does it cost?
The free weight management consult costs nothing. The GLP-1 Nutrient Support Plan is $1,695 for 12 sessions. Weight management IV support starts at $195 for a single session, $195 a month for monthly support, or $195 per session on the intensive protocol. IV drips start at $105 for a Vital Drip you build yourself, and The Signature Drip is $230. NAD+ Therapy starts at $250.
It does not publish a price for the GLP-1 medication itself, and it does not say whether the monthly fee includes it. It does not state whether it takes insurance, offers HSA or financing, or allows telehealth visits. Once you buy a wellness plan, its sessions are yours to use at whatever pace works for your life. No cancellation terms are stated for any plan. It does not publish peptide prices.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription. The weight management process includes a licensed prescriber reviewing each case, but Megan Cupp, RN, is the only prescriber named. Get that prescriber's name before you pay anything.
Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication, or whether the prescription and shipping are billed separately. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and who makes it. Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost, and whether they are required. Ask whether any visit can be done by telehealth.
For a wellness plan or monthly support, ask how cancellation works and whether unused sessions are refunded. If you are considering peptides, ask what the qualification review involves and what it costs.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want nurse-led IV nutrient support alongside a GLP-1 prescription process that starts with a free consult, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name and the medication cost in writing before you commit. It is a weaker match if you need a physician for hormone therapy or longevity medicine, or if you are counting on insurance to cover any of it.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
