What is Yofi Med Spa?
Yofi Med Spa is a medical spa at 124 Chestnut Street in Old City Philadelphia, founded in 2022. It is mainly an aesthetics business: neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Radiesse, PRP facial balancing, microneedling, laser hair removal, Salmon DNA treatments, facials, Liquid Lipo and Aerolase laser. Medical weight loss is one of its services. It offers semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, which it describes as FDA-approved, in a medically supervised program with gradual dosing and dietary adjustments. It says the program is meant for people with a BMI over 30, or over 27 with weight-related issues.
It does not name the clinicians who prescribe, and it does not list credentials. It does not offer hormone therapy, peptide therapy or longevity care. It is open Monday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tuesday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is closed Saturday.
What does it cost?
It publishes no prices for semaglutide or tirzepatide. Its Elite and VIP memberships offer discounts on products and procedures, but no weight loss price is given. It does not say whether it takes insurance, HSA cards or financing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the medication and what their license and credentials are, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand name or compounded. Ask what a month costs, whether that includes the medication, and whether the price changes as the dose goes up. Ask what lab work is required first, who checks on you between injections, and whether a membership discount applies to weight loss.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already use a med spa in Old City and want weight loss injections in the same place. If you want a physician-led practice with named prescribers, or hormone care, ask more questions before you book.
