What is RANDALI?

RANDALI is a physician-led clinic at 2207 Oregon Pike, Suite 301, Lancaster, PA 17601. Its main work is medical aesthetics, with wellness and longevity care alongside it. Dr. Alice Cohen, DO, founded the practice in 2001. In its own words: "Prioritize health; aesthetics will follow."

The clinic lists injectables, skin rejuvenation, IV therapy, memberships, telehealth and hormonal health. Weight management is one of its services, and it is described as a medically supervised program that may include metabolic evaluation, lifestyle guidance and prescription therapies. Its weight management FAQ names semaglutide, tirzepatide, Contrave® and phentermine as medications a plan may include, when clinically appropriate. It does not list peptide therapy.

Ask who writes the prescription if you start a weight medication, and whether that is Dr. Cohen or one of the nurse practitioners. Ask whether a monthly fee, if there is one, includes the medication or bills it separately. Ask whether the medications are FDA-approved or compounded, since the FAQ says a plan may use either or both. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the weight program is offered in person at the Lancaster office or mainly by telehealth. Ask how a membership or program is cancelled and what notice is required.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want in-person care in Lancaster County and you want aesthetic treatment and medical weight care under one roof. It may not fit if you need a published price, insurance billing or a clear medication cost before you call. It is also a poor match if you live outside Pennsylvania and Utah and want telehealth.
