About Alesca Aesthetics

What is Alesca Aesthetics?

Alesca Aesthetics is a med spa at 227 N Duke Street, Suite 200, in Lancaster, PA 17602. The phone number is 717-584-4912. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: Botox, lip and cheek filler, facials and chemical peels, microchanneling, spray tans, and B12 shots. GLP-1 medical weight loss is one of its services, and it is the one most readers here will be asking about. Free on-site parking is available at the studio.

Morgan White, MSN, is the founder and sole injector, and the only prescriber the clinic names. Her background is in critical care nursing. It serves clients across Lancaster County and the York area, and names Lititz, Ephrata, and Manheim among the towns it serves.

The weight loss program uses Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, both compounded. Membership includes an in-office consultation, labs, monthly check-ins with Morgan White, weekly injections, and an optional B12 shot. Telehealth is not offered for the program. In its own words: "Medication cannot be ordered online."

What does it cost?

Semaglutide starts at $250 a month and Tirzepatide starts at $325 a month. The monthly price includes the medication. Higher dose stages cost more. Semaglutide runs $250 to $350 a month during titration and $350 to $450 at maintenance. Tirzepatide runs $325 to $425 during titration and $425 to $525 at maintenance. A B12 add-on is $30 a month. The initial consultation and lab work are included in the first month, and prices may change with the compounded medication market.

It is cash pay only, and insurance does not cover it. Payment plans are offered, and Cherry Financing is mentioned, but its terms are not published. It does not publish a consultation fee, cancellation terms, or any commitment length.

What should you ask before you book?

Who signs the prescription? The program is described as physician-supervised, but only Morgan White, MSN is named. Ask whether a physician is involved, and who that is.

How does the medication reach you? Medication cannot be ordered online, yet weekly injections shipped to your home are also described. Ask which is the case.

Is brand-name available? A comparison lists Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound at $900 to $1,400 a month without insurance, but does not say whether it offers them. Ask what compounded means for your dose and whether a brand-name option is possible.

What will you pay as the dose goes up? Each stage has its own price, so ask which stage you would start at and what the next step costs.

What do follow-up labs and off-boarding cost? Off-boarding is variable, and labs after the first month are not priced.

How do you cancel, and how long is the commitment? Ask for the hours too, since none are published.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a monthly membership with an in-person nurse consultation in Lancaster, you are comfortable with compounded medication, and you plan to pay cash. If you need a named physician as your prescriber, or you want to start by telehealth, get those answers before you book.
