About Integrity Health Alliance
What is Integrity Health Alliance?
Integrity Health Alliance is a direct primary care practice at 910 North Hanover Street in Elizabethtown, PA 17022. It runs on a membership model with a fee-for-service option, and it describes itself as a Christ-centered practice. In its own words: "Personalized Care without the Middle Man." The practice began in 2022.
Dr. Michael Knolle, DO, is the only prescriber named. He is board certified in internal medicine and says he has practiced in Pennsylvania for over 20 years, mostly as a hospitalist. Reyna, RN, and Alexis, an IV nurse, also work in the office, but only Dr. Knolle prescribes. Jennifer Knolle is the practice manager.
Services include acute and non-acute office visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, sports physicals, blood pressure and diabetic monitoring, and follow-up wound care. The practice also offers IV therapy and lists a peptide menu. For weight loss it names semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatutride. Its other named peptides include sermorelin, ipamorelin, BPC 157 and PT-141. The office is open Monday through Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday is for same-day sick visits only. Telehealth is not described. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 9 reviews.
What does it cost?
The initial peptide consult is $200, and that fee does not include peptides. Semaglutide vials start at $300 and come in a minimum of 8 doses. Tirzepatide is $400, and retatutride is $400 per bottle. Single peptides start at $235 for non-members. Members receive special pricing on peptide therapy, but no member rate is published. Membership "requires a small fee," and the amount is not stated. The practice is cash pay only and says it arranges lab work, imaging and medications at cash prices through partners. It does not publish full pricing and says to call the office for more detailed pricing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the membership fee applies to peptide pricing, and what members pay per vial compared with non-members. Ask whether semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatutride are brand-name or compounded, and where they are filled. Ask who reviews your history and signs each prescription, and how often you would see Dr. Knolle. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of the vial price. Ask how a membership or peptide plan is cancelled and whether any minimum commitment applies, since none is published. Ask whether telehealth is available.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay primary care relationship with a physician who is in the office on weekdays, and you are comfortable confirming prices by phone before you commit. If you need a visit billed to insurance, or a weekday appointment outside the posted hours, call first and ask.
