Semaglutide is $275 for .25mg or .5mg for a month's supply, and $300 for the 1mg injection for a month's supply. A compounded semaglutide option is $200 for a 30ml bottle. The tirzepatide prices do not say whether they are per week or per month. The prices cover the medication itself.
Radiance does not publish a consultation fee. Highmark, Aetna, United Healthcare and Cigna are accepted for in-office procedures and consultations, but the clinic does not say whether any of them cover weight loss medication. It lists Cherry Financing and says: "Every patient and procedure is unique, so pricing is tailored to your individual goals and treatment plan."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the weight loss prescription and who follows you between injections, since Dr. Cherup is the only prescriber named. Ask whether the tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, because Radiance's tirzepatide information labels it a compound. Ask whether the tirzepatide price is per week or per month.
Ask how the pharmacy arrangement works. Radiance's weight loss information gives 412-561-1499 for calls, and that same number is listed for COLTrx's Long Term Care Department. Confirm whether you are reaching the clinic or the pharmacy, and who bills for the medication. Ask what the consultation costs and whether it is included, what follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether ondansetron ODT is part of the plan and what it costs, whether telehealth is offered, and whether insurance covers any of the injections. Ask how to cancel and whether there is a membership or minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want GLP-1 injections from a surgical practice in Bridgeville and are willing to confirm the prescriber, the pharmacy and the monthly cost in writing before you book. It is a poorer fit if you need hormone, peptide or longevity care, since none of those are listed.
