What is MultiCare Plus?
MultiCare Plus is a medical practice at 225 Erdman Avenue in Bangor, PA 18013. The phone number is (610) 588-2225. It calls itself a family care facility and lists urgent care and family practice among its services. Most of what it advertises is cash pay care: testosterone therapy, which the homepage leads with, plus hormone therapy, pellet therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, physicals and drug screening, EBO2 therapy, PRF injection and Covid testing. The medications it names are testosterone and an estrogen blocker. It does not name who prescribes.
Office hours are Monday 9:00 to 3:00, Tuesday 9:00 to 5:00, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 to 4:00, and Friday 9:00 to 2:00. No weekend hours are listed. Google reviews give the practice 4.1 across 67 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. There is no consultation fee, no program fee, and no price for a visit, a medication or a lab panel. It does not say whether medication is included in any fee, whether insurance is accepted, or whether telehealth visits are offered.
The testosterone program does state some terms. It requires a follow up 90 days after the program begins, with additional labs. It also says follow up office visits will happen at least twice a year, and it asks for six week lab results. Ask what each of those visits and labs costs, because they will add to the total.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and who reviews your chart. Ask whether a monthly fee includes the medication, the needles and the follow up labs. The weight loss program describes its drug only as "Proprietary Weight Loss Medication." Ask for the generic name, whether it is brand name or compounded, and who makes it.
Ask what the minimum BMI, age and health history requirements are, since the program names them without numbers. Ask what the weight loss lab work costs, since it includes an HbA1c, a complete blood count, thyroid, lipid, chemistry and liver panels. For peptides, ask which ones you would receive. For pellets, ask how often they are placed and what a repeat visit costs. Ask how to cancel and whether an unused month is refunded. If you would rather talk in Spanish, the weight loss page offers a call from an agent who speaks Spanish.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a Bangor practice that also offers family and urgent care, and you are ready to ask for the weight loss drug's name, the full monthly cost and the cancellation terms before you pay anything. If you need published prices or a named prescriber before you call, you will not find them here, so plan to ask.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
