About 360 Wellness
What is 360 Wellness?
360 Wellness is a cash-pay clinic at 905 Logan Blvd. in Altoona, PA. It presents itself mainly as a medical weight loss practice. Its weight loss program uses GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, and lists the brand names Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro. The program begins with a free phone consultation, followed by an in-depth medical visit, lab work and ongoing check-ins. The clinic also offers hormone care for men and women, injections, NAD treatments, IV therapy, infrared sauna, AviClear acne treatment and TruBody sculpting. Google lists it as a medical spa and shows 5 stars from 125 reviews.
Alex DeGol, FNP, is the owner and one of two prescribers. Vincent Capone, PA-C, works alongside Alex. The clinic does not list its hours or say how long it has been open.
What does it cost?
The in-depth medical visit costs $100. The clinic also describes a free phone consultation, but it does not say which one applies to a first visit. The Ongoing Support Membership is $50 a month. It covers provider access through the patient portal, lab review, nutrition guidance, educational resources, progress monitoring and treatment plan adjustments. It does not cover medication, outside lab fees, specialist consultations or insurance copays. The membership is month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
Medication prices are not published. The clinic points to manufacturer self-pay programs for Wegovy and Zepbound, so the drug cost would be paid directly. On insurance, its only statement is "Coverage varies by insurance plan." It does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. In its own words: "Every prescription is written and monitored by our licensed providers." Ask which of its two prescribers will write yours and who you contact between visits.
Ask for the total monthly cost, meaning the membership plus the medication through a self-pay program or insurance. Ask whether any medication is compounded. Its own notice says compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA, so ask which product you would actually receive.
Ask what the labs cost, since outside lab fees are not in the membership, and whether the $100 visit is charged on top of the free phone call. Ask whether telehealth is offered, whether insurance is accepted, what the hours are, and how cancellation works. The clinic describes no long-term contracts but does not give cancellation steps. The phone number is (814) 667-5820.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person care from a local team in Altoona, can cover medication costs yourself, and want a month-to-month plan with the visits and coaching the clinic describes. If you need insurance billing or remote visits, get those answers before you book.
