What is Access Total Body Sculpting?
Access Total Body Sculpting is a med spa and body contouring clinic at 1830 Blankenship Rd STE 210 in West Linn, Oregon, 97068. Its focus is injectables, medical weight loss, body sculpting and anti-aging. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 4.7 rating from 120 reviews. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the phone number is 503-908-5777.
Medical weight loss is one part of a wider aesthetic practice. The program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, which can be given by injection or in oral form. It also offers LIPO-MINO, B-12 shots and full body DEXA scanning to monitor results. Other services include Emsculpt NEO by BTL, Venus Freeze Plus, MicroBLAST Fat Blast, Medical Grade Facials, Sculptra and Laser Teeth Whitening.
No prescribing physician is named. The closest statement is a general one about staff: "All services are performed by our licensed medical and esthetic staff." That tells you the staff are licensed, but it does not tell you who writes your prescription.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for consultations, treatments or the weight loss program. Consultations are free and in person. In its own words: "all of our consultations are complimentary and in-person."
The only payment route described is Cherry, a point of sale financing company that lets patients get services now and pay in equal monthly payments. Cherry qualifies patients for up to $10,000.00 and uses a soft credit check rather than a hard one. 0% APR is available subject to approval. Otherwise the regular APR runs from 9.99% to 35.99%, and a down payment may be required. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid U.S. state driver's license and have a bank-issued debit card.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance, or whether HSA or FSA funds can be used. It also does not say whether medication is included in the price of a plan.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for semaglutide, tirzepatide and LIPO-MINO, and what license that person holds. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask whether the price of a plan covers the medication in the form you choose, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost.
Ask whether any part of the program can be done by telehealth, since that is not mentioned. Ask how cancellation and pausing work, and whether a Cherry payment still applies if you stop early. Ask how long the clinic has been open, since that is not published either. And ask whether it accepts insurance or HSA and FSA funds before you assume either way.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss inside a broader aesthetic practice, you are comfortable with in-person visits in West Linn, and a monthly financing plan fits your budget. It is a weaker match if you need a named prescriber or a published price before you book.
