About Walker Wellness
What is Walker Wellness?
Walker Wellness is a cash-pay clinic at 381 State Street in Salem, Oregon. It is mainly a medical spa, offering aesthetic injectables (Botox and filler), microneedling, IV infusions, medical weight loss and testosterone replacement therapy. Tiffany Walker, APRN, FNP-C, prescribes and leads the weight loss program. It is rated 5 on Google from 59 reviews.
Medical weight loss is the part of the clinic that uses prescription medication. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are named, and Sermorelin peptide therapy comes with the higher tier. Each plan includes body composition scans on an InBody 380, every 6 to 8 weeks, and labs are drawn through Quest Diagnostics. It does not say whether telehealth is offered, and no office hours are listed.
This listing is for its Salem office at 381 State Street.
What does it cost?
The consultation is $300 and runs 60 to 90 minutes. It covers a health review, lab work through Quest, a medication plan and goal-setting. In its own words: "Bring any recent lab work and a medication list to the initial appointment."
Weight loss enrollment is billed monthly with a three-month minimum. Tier 1 is $150 a month. Tier 2 is $300 a month and adds Sermorelin, weekly amino acid injections, priority follow-ups and 5% off medication refills. The Tier 1 FAQ says Semaglutide or Tirzepatide are prescribed separately. Vials are listed at $495 from a vial (12.5mg), $250 for 20mg, $500 for 40mg and $650 for 60mg. Amino acid injections are $50 for eight syringes. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or missing an appointment, brings a $50 non-refundable fee. It does not publish hormone therapy prices, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance for visits.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the monthly tier fee includes any medication, and what Semaglutide or Tirzepatide adds to the monthly total. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic's blog notes that pricing varies with dosage and compounding. Ask what the Quest labs cost at the cash rate and how often they are repeated. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, what testosterone replacement therapy costs, and which visits, if any, insurance covers. Ask the office hours. It does not describe how a monthly plan is cancelled after the three-month minimum, so ask that too.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss overseen by a nurse practitioner, can pay cash with a three-month minimum, and want body composition scans included. It is less of a fit if you need insurance billing, a video visit or testosterone pricing before you commit, so ask those questions first.
