About FLORYN HEALTH

What is Floryn Health?

Floryn Health is a women's health clinic at 5440 SW Westgate Dr, Ste 320, Portland, OR 97221. The phone number is 503-451-5013. Its Google listing shows a 4.8 rating from 53 reviews. Most of the clinic's work is women's health care: wellness and annual exams, period concerns, peri and menopause care, hormone replacement therapy, fertility and preconception care, postpartum care, pelvic floor therapy, digestive health, and nutrition services. Weight loss is a membership program that sits alongside those services.

Dr. Haylee is the only prescriber the clinic names. No credentials are given beyond the name. Krista Barlow leads the coaching side of the program, and the clinic describes her as a master nutritionist and certified health coach. The medications named are semaglutide and tirzepatide. In its own words: "At Floryn Health, we offer customized GLP-1 dosing strategies, which means we don't just pick a standard dose and stick to it."

What does it cost?

The GLP Foundation Membership is listed at $149 a month, which the clinic calls a monthly investment. The clinic does not say whether medication is included in that price. Monthly 15-minute visits with Dr. Haylee are billed to insurance, and so is lab testing. Copays and deductibles apply. The clinic's medication FAQ, dated as of February 2025 and marked subject to change, lists semaglutide 5mg bottles at $249, or $149.50 after a 40% discount. Tirzepatide syringes are listed at $80 to $800 a month at retail, or $48 to $480 with the discount. The membership is a six-month commitment. You can cancel at any time, but the cancellation takes effect only at the end of a month, with at least 15 days notice. There are no refunds or pro-rated fees. The clinic does not publish a first-visit consultation fee or its hours.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask for Dr. Haylee's full name and clinical credentials, since the clinic gives only the first name. Ask whether the $149 monthly fee includes the medication, and what the medication costs on top of it. The clinic describes its GLP-1 medication as compounded, so ask what that means for the product you would receive and whether a brand-name version is an option. Ask how often the 15-minute visits actually happen, because the clinic mentions both a monthly visit and a weekly availability requirement. Ask what the first in-person visit costs, what the lab tests cost, and which insurance plans the clinic bills. Ask what your copay and deductible would be for those visits. Finally, ask how the cancellation rule fits with the six-month commitment.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live in Oregon or Washington, can come to the Portland office for a first in-person visit, can keep to a six-month commitment, and want your medication handled through a women's health practice. If you need every cost published in advance, or you want a brand-name medication, ask those questions before you book.
