What does it cost?

Epion does not publish prices for medical weight loss or hormone support, and it does not list a consultation fee. Ask for all three before you book.

Its only published prices are for Beauty Bank memberships: $199 a month for The Glow Getter, $299 a month for The Radiance Reserve, and $499 a month for The Luxe Collective. Each payment builds a balance for treatments of your choice, along with member discounts. Membership carries a 12-month minimum commitment. Beauty Bank funds are non-refundable but never expire while you are an active member. After you cancel, you have 3 months to use the balance. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, packages or sales. The memberships are written around aesthetic treatments, and Epion does not say whether weight loss or hormone visits can be paid from them. EMFACE, EXOMIND and EMSCULPT NEO memberships are listed with no price.

Epion lists CareCredit and Cherry as ways to pay over time. It does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Call 503-713-5543 and ask who signs the prescription for weight loss and hormone care. Two prescribers are named, but Epion does not say which one handles those services.

Ask whether the monthly program fee includes the medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded.

Ask which hormone therapy is offered and what it involves.

Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether each one is billed separately.

Ask whether HSA or FSA cards can be used, and whether any visit can be done by telehealth. Epion does not say.

Ask how cancellation works for a membership, and whether the 12-month minimum applies to it.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and a weight loss or hormone visit under one roof, and you are willing to get the prescriber, the medication and the total cost in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need prices for medical care before you commit to a visit.
