About Absolute Wellness Center

What is Absolute Wellness Center?

Absolute Wellness Center is a regenerative medicine clinic at 2286 Oakmont Way in Eugene, Oregon. Its main work is non-surgical care: chiropractic, physical therapy, spinal decompression, joint injections and nutritional IVs. Medical weight loss and bioidentical hormones are two of its ten listed services. It has been open since 2017 and holds a 4.3 star rating across 103 Google reviews.

It does not name the clinician who prescribes. For weight loss, it names semaglutide as its preferred option, under the brand names Wegovy or Ozempic. Other medications it names are tirzepatide, phentermine, Contrave, topiramate, metformin and Lipolean, a vitamin-based injection. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 9am to 6pm, and closed Friday through Sunday. It has no office in Salem, which is about 65 miles away. Its Vida, Crow and Bend weight loss information names those towns as places it serves from Eugene, and Bend is about 130 miles away.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for weight loss. It does not say whether the medication is part of any price, and it does not publish a consultation fee. Membership terms and cancellation are not published either.

Insurance is unclear. The clinic takes self-pay, and some labs may be billable to insurance. Its Vida, Crow and Bend weight loss information says it accepts self-pay and most insurances. Those two statements do not match, so confirm your plan before you book. The same information says lab work, nutrition guidance and check-ins are included in the program, but it attaches no price to that.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with who signs the prescription. Ask for the prescriber's name and credentials before the first visit. In its own words: "Your provider selects the right GLP-1 or non-GLP medication for your profile." Ask which clinician makes that choice and whether you will see that person for follow-up.

Then ask whether any program fee includes the medication, or whether the drug is billed on top. Ask whether the semaglutide is the brand-name product or a compounded version. Ask what labs, follow-up visits and check-ins cost, and whether telehealth is an option, since the clinic does not say. Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a minimum commitment. Finally, ask which insurance plans it accepts and which labs it would bill to insurance.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live in or near Eugene, can pay for weight loss care yourself, and want back, neck or joint care in the same clinic. It is worth calling at (541) 484-5777 with the questions above before you book.
