What is Lé Spa Medical Spa?
Lé Spa Medical Spa is a medical spa at 4150 SW 110th Ave in Beaverton, Oregon. It serves Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Portland and Tigard from that one office. Most of its work is aesthetic: Botox and neurotoxins, dermal fillers, HydraFacials, lasers, microneedling, CoolSculpting and laser hair removal. Medical weight loss is one of its services, built on GLP-1 therapy with semaglutide and tirzepatide. It names Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound as the brands those ingredients come from. It does not list hormone, peptide or longevity treatment.
Elana Scharff, NP, is its Medical Director, and it says she personally performs all of its injectables. It does not say who prescribes GLP-1 treatment, so that is the first thing to confirm. It has a 4.9 rating on Google from 151 reviews, and it promotes Cherry financing. In its own words: "Your provider recommends the option that best fits your goals and health."
What does it cost?
It does not publish a price for GLP-1 therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. The first consultation is free. Other published prices include Botox at 20 units for $199 for new clients and HydraFacial from $179. Its membership, The Glow Society, is $299 a month, described as a $699 value each month, and it can be cancelled anytime after 4 months. Monthly programs run from $99 a month for body and laser hair removal, $199 a month for facials and HydraFacials, and $499 a month for advanced skin.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Its payment option is Cherry. You apply in about 60 seconds with no hard credit check, and plans run 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. It mentions 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans from 5.99% APR, subject to credit approval.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask whether Elana Scharff, NP, prescribes GLP-1 medication or whether another provider does, and who reviews your history at the consultation. Then ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication or whether it is billed separately, and whether the product is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether HSA or FSA funds can be used, since insurance is not addressed.
Two more questions. Its hours are listed as Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, but a banner announces Saturday openings starting in October, so ask which schedule is current. Finally, ask how cancellation works for a weight-loss plan, not just the membership, and whether anything is charged if you stop early.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss from a clinic that also does a lot of aesthetic work, and you are willing to confirm the prescriber, the medication cost and the cancellation terms before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a published GLP-1 price, insurance billing, or a named weight-loss prescriber before you commit.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
