About Celebrity Med Spa
What is Celebrity Med Spa?
Celebrity Med Spa is a medical spa at 12325 SW Horizon Blvd, Suite 35, Beaverton, OR 97007. Its phone number is (503) 430-0944. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: facial and body treatments, injectables such as Botox & Dermal Fillers, and IV Drips. Semaglutide Weight Loss is one of those services. The clinic describes it as physician-supervised, with GLP-1 injections of Semaglutide, Ozempic® or Wegovy®.
Jennifer Davidson, ND is the only prescriber the clinic names. She has practiced as a naturopathic physician since 2017. The clinic does not say which provider prescribes the semaglutide. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and closed Sunday. The clinic welcomes clients from Aloha, Tigard and SW Portland. Google rates it 4.5 from 154 reviews, under the category Medical spa.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program is $299 a month, and that fee includes the medication. The current offer also lists a doctor consultation, an in-house blood draw and the first month of medication, shown beside a $499 figure. The consultation is free. The clinic does not say whether insurance is accepted, and it does not mention HSA use or financing.
In its own words: "Our program is month-to-month with no contracts or membership fees." The monthly line also says cancel anytime, no commitment. The clinic does not publish prices for individual treatments. The only other prices shown are for packages, such as $749 for a facial package and $2,299 for a body package.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the semaglutide prescription, and whether that provider reviews your blood work before the first injection. Jennifer Davidson, ND is the only prescriber named, but the clinic does not say who prescribes the semaglutide.
Ask whether the $299 covers follow-up visits and repeat blood work after the first month, and what those cost if it does not. Ask whether a dose change costs extra. Ask whether the medication is Ozempic or Wegovy, and whether either one is compounded. The clinic names both brands without saying which one the monthly fee covers.
Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, and whether any part of your care can be billed to insurance. Ask how cancellation and refunds work for a month you have already paid.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a semaglutide program at a Beaverton med spa with a flat monthly fee that includes the medication, and you are willing to get the prescriber, the brand and every extra charge in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing, telehealth, or published prices for the full menu, since none of those is stated.
