About Vitali-T Clinic

What is Vitali-T Clinic?

Vitali-T Clinic is a cash-pay practice with a brick-and-mortar location in Astoria, Oregon. It offers medical weight loss, hormone therapy, performance peptides, longevity care and a lab panel, and its menu leads with testosterone and menopause programs. It does not publish a street address or clinic hours, but its phone line has a live receptionist available 24/7.

Its weight loss program uses tirzepatide, which the clinic lists as compounded tirzepatide. Its team lists Terry Hollowell as medical provider and chief executive officer, and Ashley Messina as medical provider. Neither name is followed by MD, DO, NP or PA. Consultations are virtual. In its own words: "Meet virtually with a licensed clinician for your personalized consultation." Google lists the practice as a men's health physician, with a rating of 5 from 142 reviews.

What does it cost?

The consultation is free, and patients pay the clinic directly. HSA funds are accepted, and no insurance is needed. The weight loss program starts at $599.00. It does not say whether medication is included in that price, or what period the price covers.

Men's testosterone programs start at $499.00, $599.00 and $699.00 across three levels, with an enclomiphene and cream option from $599.00. Women's HRT programs start at $499.00, $599.00 and $699.00. Weight loss add-ons include an L-Carnitine injection and a sermorelin add-on, each from $199.00, and a low dose naltrexone program from $279.00. The peptide and longevity programs list at $299.00 and $478.00. In its own words: "TRT & HRT are subscription-based with automatic quarterly refill reminders." Labs and clinician consults are required every 6 months. It does not state cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the prescription and whether that clinician is licensed where you live, since the consultation is virtual. Ask for each prescriber's full credentials, because the team names none with MD, DO, NP or PA.

Ask whether the program price includes the medication. Ask whether the tirzepatide is compounded, as the clinic lists it, and what that means for the product you receive. The clinic's own disclaimer says compounded medications are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality.

Ask for the total cost over three months, including labs, consults and refills. Ask what each lab option costs: the in-person lab, the at-home kit, or an order sent to LabCorp or Quest. Ask how to cancel a subscription before the next automatic refill.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want cash-pay hormone, weight loss or peptide care, can do the consultation by video, and want the prescriber, medication source and full price in writing before you pay. Call 503-902-5812 with those questions.
