About Lucidity Health
What is Lucidity Health?
Lucidity Health is a cash-pay clinic with offices in Albany, Oregon, and Richland, Washington. Its main focus is hormone therapy, with testosterone replacement for men and hormone replacement for women. It also offers weight-loss treatment with tirzepatide and retatrutide, and a Peptide Club with 30+ peptides. In its own words: "Lucidity Health specializes in hormone optimization with a patient-first approach."
Care starts with labs, which can be drawn in the office, at LabCorp, or with an at-home test. After the results, you schedule a virtual or office visit and form a plan with your provider. Treatment is delivered to your door. Lucidity does not name the provider who writes prescriptions, though its blog posts are signed by a PA-C. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 164 reviews.
This listing is for its Albany office at 1526 Queen Ave SE.
What does it cost?
Weight-loss medication is sold by the vial. Tirzepatide is $895 per vial and retatrutide is $795 per vial. Each initial vial is said to cover 10 to 12 weeks of therapy, and the vial price includes the medication. It does not publish a monthly total for the weight-loss program. The InBody scan is included, and consultations with its medical providers carry no extra charge.
Hormone therapy prices are not published, and Lucidity does not say whether those plans include medication. It says insurance typically does not cover TRT, and it accepts HSA and FSA payment. Its Peptide Club offers lower pricing on tirzepatide and retatrutide and discounted rates on other peptides, but no membership fee is published. Its 12-month subscriptions come after an initial period of three or six months. Cancellation terms are not published.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who writes your prescription and which state licenses that person. If your visit is by video, the state license matters even more, because one office is in Oregon and the other in Washington. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and whether the hormone plan price includes it.
Ask what the labs, follow-up visits and the visits every 2 to 6 months will cost in total. Ask whether a full course of weight-loss treatment means one vial or several, and what it adds up to over a year. Ask whether the Peptide Club has a fee, and how you cancel a 12-month subscription or stop during the initial period. Ask whether financing is offered beyond HSA and FSA payment, and which office and hours apply to you, since no hours are listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want testosterone or hormone replacement, or vial-based weight-loss medication, and you will pay out of pocket or with HSA or FSA funds. Get the prescriber's name, license and the full price in writing before you buy a vial or start a subscription.
