What is Reclaim Aesthetic & Wellness?
Reclaim Aesthetic & Wellness is a wellness and aesthetics clinic in Yukon, OK. It offers four services: Weight Loss Programs, Hormone Therapy, Aesthetic Services and Wellness Programs. Its weight loss programs add GLP-1 medications to metabolic testing, customized nutrition and coaching. Its aesthetic work includes fillers, neurotoxins, lasers and medical-grade skincare. In its own words: "We listen, we test, and we build personalized plans."
It does not name a prescriber, and it does not publish a street address or phone number. It has a Google rating of 5 from 150 reviews, and Google lists it as a medical clinic.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for any of its four services. It does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether medication is included in a program's cost. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, offers financing, or lists membership terms or a cancellation policy. The one booking step it names is a discovery call, and it does not say whether that call is free. Ask whether it bills insurance before you assume either way.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the GLP-1 medications and who signs hormone prescriptions, and what their licenses are. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication, and which GLP-1 drug you would receive, brand-name or compounded.
Ask what the metabolic testing, advanced lab work and follow-up visits cost, and whether they are billed separately. Ask whether telehealth is offered, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether the discovery call costs anything, how cancellation works, and for the street address of the Yukon office before you drive there.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want testing, coaching and aesthetic treatments under one roof, and you are willing to get the prescriber, medication and cost answers in writing before you book. If those answers matter most to you, make that call before anything else.
