About OUTLAW MEDICAL
What is OUTLAW MEDICAL?
OUTLAW MEDICAL is a membership practice at 202 W. 9th Street in Weleetka, Oklahoma, reachable at (918) 650-6010. It describes itself as a direct primary care and medical weight loss clinic, so family medicine is its main work, and weight loss is one of its services alongside procedures such as Botox, microneedling, skin tag removal, and steroid joint injections. The only physician it names is Dr. Burden-Greer. No credentials are published for Dr. Burden-Greer. Its Google listing shows a 4.7 rating from 15 reviews.
In its own words: "OUTLAW MEDICAL offers customized weight management plans starting with an in depth consultation to go over your weight history, goals, and lifestyle." Medications it names include semaglutide, tirzepatide, Qsymia, Contrave, phentermine, and bupropion. Members can reach their doctor by text, phone, email, or virtual and in-office visits. Appointments are listed Monday through Thursday, 9am to 6pm, with no Friday or weekend hours. It provides physician access in Weleetka, Wetumka, Dustin, Okemah, Pharoah, Clearview, Graham, Henryetta, Okmulgee, Shawnee, and all of Oklahoma.
This listing is for its Weleetka office at 202 Main St.
What does it cost?
The primary care membership is $25 a month for ages 0 to 19 when an adult is also a member, or $50 without an adult. It is $50 a month for ages 20 to 35 and $85 a month for ages 36 to 64, with a one-time $75 enrollment fee. Patients 65 and older cannot join, which it attributes to government regulations.
Weight management starts with a $150 initial evaluation. That covers a metabolic lab review, a detailed consultation, body composition analysis, a nutrition and activity plan, and the first month of membership. The ongoing membership is $75 a month and includes follow-ups, virtual or in-person visits, management of medications and supplements, and access to lower cost weight loss medications.
Medications are priced separately: $10 a shot for MIC+B12, $12 a month for phentermine, $13 a month for Topamax, $7 a month for bupropion, $27 a month for naltrexone, $45 a month for LipoBurn caps, $100 a vial for semaglutide, and $150 a vial for tirzepatide. It notes that a semaglutide vial lasts 10 weeks at the starting dose and that prices may change. It does not say whether insurance is accepted.
What should you ask before you book?
Does the $75 monthly fee cover the medication, or is the drug price on top of it? Drug prices are listed separately, and it does not say.
Are semaglutide and tirzepatide brand-name or compounded? It does not say which.
Who signs the prescriptions, and what credentials does Dr. Burden-Greer hold? None are published.
Weight management is listed as included for primary care members, with $150 as the nonmember cost. Ask whether membership also covers the ongoing $75 a month.
What will follow-up labs cost? A complete blood count is quoted at $3 at its wholesale pricing, but the full lab bill for weight management is not given.
Does it bill insurance? And how do you cancel? No cancellation or commitment terms are published.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician you can reach by text, phone, or video, you are prepared to pay out of pocket for both the membership and any medication, and a Monday through Thursday schedule works for you. If you need a price that includes medication or weekend hours, get those answers in writing before you book.
