About Untold Vitality Clinic
What is Untold Vitality Clinic?
Untold Vitality Clinic is a medical weight loss and wellness practice at 110 E. Franklin Ave., Suite 200, in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Most of its work is done by telehealth, so patients anywhere in the state can join by video or phone. Its programs cover medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications, testosterone and hormone replacement, longevity and wellness care, and lab testing. The Weatherford office also offers in-person 3D body scans and non-surgical body contouring.
Every program is supervised by a licensed provider, but no prescriber is named. Derek, the clinic's owner, handles the in-person body scan and contouring consultations. Medications it names include semaglutide, tirzepatide, enclomiphene, metformin, NAD+, glutathione, B12, sermorelin, methylene blue and oxytocin. It sees patients from Weatherford, Clinton, Hydro, Thomas, Custer City and across western Oklahoma. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 4 reviews.
In its own words: "Provider-supervised GLP-1 weight loss, hormone therapy, and wellness care, built around your labs and how you actually feel."
What does it cost?
Semaglutide starts at $149 a month and tirzepatide at $249 a month. Those starting prices are for a compounded medication at the lowest dose, when prescribed, and FDA-approved options are priced differently. Testosterone therapy starts at $199 for a new patient, and hormone therapy starts at $399 for the first month. The longevity and wellness menu starts at $99 a month, and labs start at $199 per test. A membership without medication starts at $75 a month, with prescriptions filled at your own pharmacy.
The first consultation is a free phone call for weight loss, hormones and longevity. Telehealth programs are self-pay, and there are no long-term contracts. Weight loss programs can be cancelled anytime. It does not say whether medication is included in the semaglutide or tirzepatide price, whether insurance is accepted for in-person services, or what the 3D body scan and body contouring cost.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which licensed provider will sign your prescription and what state they are licensed in. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether that medication is FDA-approved or compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and it may prescribe one where clinically appropriate. Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost on top of the monthly fee, and whether a dose change adds a charge.
Ask how cancellation works and whether any fee applies. Ask whether an HSA or FSA card can be used. Ask how long the clinic has been open, since it does not state that either. If you need an in-person visit after 2:00pm, book it ahead, because later visits are by appointment only.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss or hormone care by video or phone, you plan to pay for it yourself, and you want the prescriber's name and the full monthly cost in writing before you pay. If you need insurance billing, a named prescriber on the first call, or an office open late on weekdays, call the clinic at 580-330-5202 before you book.
