Start with the prescriber. Ask who signs your prescription and whether a physician supervises the GLP-1 program. The practice names only Valerie Baker, and it does not confirm a collaborating physician who treats patients at this office. Ask for her state license number and the board that certified her.
Ask what the $99 covers, and what the medication costs each month on top of it. Ask whether the medication is a brand-name product such as Wegovy or Zepbound, or a compounded version, and which one you would receive. Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost, and whether either is part of a monthly fee. Ask whether any part of the program can be done by telehealth, since the practice does not say. Ask for office hours, which are not listed. Finally, ask how you cancel and whether there is a minimum commitment or membership term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight management, hormone or peptide care from a nurse practitioner at a practice that also does cosmetic surgery, and you are willing to get the prescriber, medication and monthly total in writing before you pay. If you need insurance to cover any of it, ask before booking, because the practice does not say whether it accepts insurance.
