About Gray Aesthetics and Wellness

What is Gray Aesthetics and Wellness?

Gray Aesthetics and Wellness is mainly a medical spa with offices in Tulsa and Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Most of its services are cosmetic or wellness treatments, from brows, facials and waxing to injectables, Morpheus8, laser hair removal and IV therapy. Medical weight loss and hormone therapy are two of its services, not the whole practice.

Rebekah Gray, a nurse practitioner and the clinic's founder, is the one person listed as prescriber. Her family nurse practitioner degree is from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, earned in 2013. The clinic names semaglutide and tirzepatide among its weight loss options. In its own words: "We offer medically supervised options including prescription medications (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), lifestyle coaching, hormone support, and targeted lab testing to address the root causes of weight gain." Google lists it as a medical clinic with a 5 rating from 31 reviews.

This listing is for its Tulsa office at 4436 S Harvard Ave Ste 3.

What does it cost?

The weight loss membership starts at $141 a month. That price includes prescriptions, supplies, lab work and office visits, but it does not say whether the medication is billed on top of it. Hormone prices are listed separately: female pellets run $375 to $450, male pellets $650 to $850, and a testosterone membership is $175 a month. Office visits are $79, and the Skinny Shot is $25.

Its spa memberships run $125, $200 and $275 a month. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable, cancellation needs 30 days written notice, and three months must be paid before you can cancel. Those terms are listed with the spa memberships, so ask whether they also cover weight loss. The clinic does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether it takes insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the $141 membership covers semaglutide or tirzepatide, and what the drug costs if it does not. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and who writes each refill. Ask what the consultation costs, what follow-up visits and labs cost once you are enrolled, and whether telehealth visits are offered, since the clinic does not say. Confirm that the three-month minimum and 30-day notice apply to weight loss. Check the hours before you drive to Fort Gibson, because the hours for that office are not consistent across listings. The main number is (918) 818-7890.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weight loss or hormone care paid in cash and would also use aesthetic or wellness treatments under one roof. It is a weaker fit if you want a practice focused only on medicine, or if you need every fee and medication cost stated before you call.
