Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask what the in-office check-ins and any blood work cost on top of the program fee, and whether fasting labs are required before hormone visits. Ask whether insurance is accepted or whether it is cash pay only, and whether HSA cards or financing can be used. Finally, ask how to cancel a monthly plan and whether a membership contract is involved.
Who is it a good fit for?
