About Integrative Health and Wellness
What is Integrative Health and Wellness?
Integrative Health and Wellness is a physician-led clinic at 1211 N. Shartel Ave., Suite 908, Oklahoma City, OK 73103. It has one office. The clinic calls itself a functional medicine practice, and its main services are functional medicine, weight loss with GLP-1 medication, regenerative therapy, and hormone optimization. It also offers telehealth. Dr. Bednarczyk, DO, is the only prescriber the clinic names. Other listed services include cellular matrix injections, which it also calls stem cell injections, exosome injections, male and female hormone pellets, an OMMA recommendation, and IV infusions, which are marked coming soon. An online store sells supplements and a facial cream, though the store shows no payment method connected. It has one Google review, rated 5.
What does it cost?
The functional medicine initial visit is $250. It includes the first visit, accelerated plethysmography/HRV, and a lab follow-up with a personalized plan. Labs cost extra and can be placed on insurance. A telehealth or office visit is $75 for established patients. Male hormone pellets are $750 and female hormone pellets are $325. The clinic does not say what unit those prices cover or whether the medication is included. Exosome injections are $300 per vial, with a $200 add-on when combined with stem cell injections. Cellular matrix injections are priced per vial, but no figure is given, so you will need to call for pricing. Office or home visits start at $165 plus extras the clinic does not itemize, and they are limited to Mid-Town, Paseo, Downtown and Uptown. An OMMA recommendation is $20. No price is published for GLP-1 weight loss, and no membership or cancellation terms are listed.
The clinic currently takes only Medicare. It says it expects to add Tricare, UHC and Aetna, and it will prepare a CMS-1500 for you to submit for reimbursement if you ask. It accepts credit cards, Venmo and other electronic payments. It offers refunds on some products within a set period. For biologics, it is strict. In its own words: "There are no refunds on biologics once thawed which is why we ask for 60% deposit upfront before thawing."
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who writes the prescription for the GLP-1 program and for the pellets, since Dr. Bednarczyk is the only prescriber named. Then ask which GLP-1 medication the program uses, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and what the program costs each month. The clinic names no medication.
Ask what the $750 and $325 pellet prices cover, and whether the hormone medication is included. Ask whether any monthly or program fee covers medication, labs and follow-up visits, and what the labs cost on top of the $250 visit. Ask whether your insurance plan is accepted, since only Medicare is taken now.
Ask how you cancel, and whether any membership or program contract applies. Ask for office hours, which are not listed. Finally, confirm the phone number before you dial. Most of the clinic's materials give 405-916-0606, but one listing shows 404-916-0606.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash for hormone, regenerative or weight loss care, you want a physician named as the prescriber, and you want clear answers on medication and price before you book. It is a weaker match if you need a published price for GLP-1 care, or if you need a plan other than Medicare accepted today.
