About Ethos Wellness Center

What is Ethos Wellness Center?

Ethos Wellness Center is a regenerative medicine practice at 101 E Memorial Road, Suite 140, Oklahoma City, OK 73131. Dr. Joseph Palmeri, MD, a board-certified anesthesiologist, leads the practice and is the prescriber the clinic names. Its services are contrast therapy (infrared sauna, cold plunge and red light), hormone optimization, regenerative protein arrays, PEMF therapy, IV infusions, peptide therapies and consultations.

For the areas most readers ask about, it offers testosterone treatment given as in-office pellets or injections, peptide protocols, and a weight loss package that pairs GLP-1 therapy with MOTS-c. The clinic does not name its GLP-1 medication. Its peptide packages name BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Thymosin Alpha-1, Dihexa, Selank and Cerebrolysin. It describes its hormone care as part of longevity medicine but lists no separate longevity program. In its own words: "Ethos Wellness Center provides customized testosterone replacement therapy plans to support your long-term wellness."

Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and closed on weekends. Its Google listing shows a 4.8 rating from 20 reviews.

What does it cost?

The free confidential consultation is listed at no charge. The four peptide packages are each priced for 3 months: Recover at $2,500, Neurological Optimization at $2,500, Weight Loss at $2,500, and Anti-Inflammation at $3,000. Each includes a physician consultation, baseline and progress labs, a structured 3-month protocol and ongoing physician supervision. The clinic does not say whether the medication is included in that price.

Wellness sessions are billed separately. Contrast therapy is $25 a session, $75 a month for 1 session a week, or $125 a month unlimited. Memberships carry "No rollover of unused sessions."

It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, IV infusions, or peptide protocols outside these packages. It also does not say whether it accepts insurance or offers telehealth.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes and signs each prescription, and how often you will see that prescriber. Ask whether the $2,500 includes the medication or only the consultation, labs and supervision, and what a refill costs after that. For the weight loss package, ask which GLP-1 medication is used and whether it is brand-name or compounded. For the peptide packages, ask whether the peptides are compounded and who fills them.

For hormone therapy, ask what the pellet or injection visits, blood work and removal procedures cost, since none of that is priced. Ask how the clinic monitors blood work and screening if you are considering testosterone.

Ask whether it bills insurance for any visit, whether follow-up can be done by video, and how to cancel a package or membership. Ask whether any fee is refunded if you stop early.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you can come to Oklahoma City during weekday hours, want an in-office hormone or peptide program from a named physician, and are ready to pay cash. It is less suited to anyone who needs insurance billing or video visits, since the clinic has not said it offers either.
