Freeman Wellness and Aesthetics is an aesthetics and wellness practice with offices in Moore and Duncan. It does publish a few treatment prices. Jeuveau is $8.50 per unit on Tuesdays at both offices, down from a regular $10 per unit. A Monday offer at the Duncan office also gives $8.50 per unit, but only on Mondays and only there. A June special lowers a full syringe of lip filler from $650 to $550 through July 24.
It does not say whether it bills insurance, and it does not say whether telehealth visits are offered. Ask both before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the GLP-1 medication and whether that person sees you before any prescription is written. The office states that "ALL NEW PATIENTS REQUIRE AN EXAM PRIOR TO TREATMENT." Ask what that exam costs and whether the fee goes toward treatment.
Ask which GLP-1 medication is used and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask whether it bills insurance, how you cancel, and what its hours are, since it does not publish hours.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin or beauty treatments in Moore or Duncan and are weighing its GLP-1 program as one option among several. Before you commit to the GLP-1 program, get the prescriber's name, the medication, and the total cost in writing.
