About NP2GO

What is NP2GO?

NP2GO is a direct-pay telehealth practice based in Edmond, Oklahoma, founded in 2019 by Kara De La Peña, APRN. She is the only prescriber the clinic names, and she is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing. Weight loss is the main service, using compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, and the practice also prescribes branded medications. The rest of the menu is hormone therapy, peptide therapy, IV hydration, aesthetic services and telemedicine urgent care. Hormone therapy is offered in six states, and telemedicine urgent care in 40. It is LegitScript certified and BBB accredited, and Google lists it at 5 stars from 962 reviews.

In its own words: "No insurance requirements. No corporate red tape. No bots."

What does it cost?

Month-to-month plans have no visit fee. Pay as you go plans include a $99 provider visit every 3 months. On month-to-month, compounded semaglutide runs $199 a month, rising to $299 in months 4 and 5. Compounded tirzepatide runs $299, rising to $399 in months 4 through 6. Pay as you go semaglutide runs from $150 to $350 a month and tirzepatide from $250 to $600, with a 10mg semaglutide vial at $350 and tirzepatide vials at $480 (40mg) and $680 (80mg).

Its first-month prices disagree. One set lists a $99 new patient special for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide, while another lists $199 and $299. It does not say whether the monthly price includes the medication, and it does not publish a deposit amount or cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask what the deposit costs and whether it is refunded if the medical team decides you are not a candidate, since a full refund applies in that case. Ask whether the monthly price includes the medication or whether it is billed separately. Ask whether the prescription is for the compounded version or a branded one, and what the clinic's own note that compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved means for your choice. Ask which provider signs the prescription and whether it is the nurse practitioner you meet. Finally, ask what follow-up visits, lab work and refills cost beyond the plan price, and how you cancel.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want telehealth weight loss or hormone care with a named nurse practitioner, you are prepared to pay the full cost yourself, and you are comfortable with a compounded medication under a direct-pay plan. It is a weaker fit if you need in-person care outside Edmond or want insurance to cover any of it.
