About Restorative Health and Wellness

What is Restorative Health and Wellness?

Restorative Health and Wellness is a cash-pay hormone and metabolic practice at 2017 S Elm Pl, Suite 100, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Rebekah Presley, APRN, FNP-C, is the one person listed as its prescriber. She grew up in Broken Arrow and has worked in healthcare since 2010, and the clinic lists 15+ years of clinical experience. Its Google rating is 5 from 55 reviews.

The clinic offers perimenopause and menopause care, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, IV vitamin therapy, and gut health testing and protocol. New patients start with a Precision Consult. Semaglutide is the one medication it names, and it says it uses GLP-1 medications only when clinically indicated and alongside hormone and metabolic care. Telehealth is available across Oklahoma. The clinic is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The phone number is (918) 376-0838.

What does it cost?

The Clarity Call is a free 10-minute call. The Precision Consult is $399. It has a 15-minute telehealth visit to discuss symptoms and order labs, then a 60-minute results and strategy visit. The lab panel is billed separately, and the clinic does not state what it costs. If you continue into a program, the $399 is applied toward it.

The 12-Week Focused Hormone Support program is $1,197. Repair & Rebalance is $2,982 for 24 weeks, or $497 a month for six months. The Thrive membership for ongoing TRT care is $197 a month. It includes quarterly provider visits and monitoring labs, but the clinic does not say whether the price includes medication. Membership is month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. The fee-for-service option for stable patients is pay per visit, with at least four visits and two lab panels a year. The clinic does not accept insurance and does not publish a price for semaglutide or GLP-1 treatment.

In its own words: "Our goal is not to sell you the biggest package."

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the $197 Thrive fee includes the medication or whether the drug is billed on top of it. Ask what semaglutide costs, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the lab panel costs at the Precision Consult and at each follow-up, since neither price is published.

Ask who writes and adjusts your prescription, and whether that is Rebekah Presley herself. Ask what happens to the $399 if you decide not to enroll in a program after the consult. Finally, ask how you give notice to cancel a membership, and whether any charges apply during the 30 days after you give it.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are ready to pay cash for hormone, testosterone or metabolic care and can keep up with telehealth or in-person visits. Get the medication and lab costs in writing before you book, because the clinic does not publish them.
