What is Nurture Aesthetics & Wellness?
Nurture Aesthetics & Wellness is a med spa with offices in Westerville and Powell, Ohio. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: neuromodulators (Botox or Xeomin), fillers including Juvederm Ultra XC, Juvederm Voluma, Juvederm Volux, Revanesse Lips, Radiesse and Sculptra, microneedling, medical grade chemical peels, lash and brow services, waxing and IV Hydration. Weight Management Therapy is one of those services. In its own words: "Our program includes professional supervision, nutrition counseling, lifestyle support and prescription weight management treatments for those who qualify."
The clinic has a 5 rating on Google from 110 reviews, and Google files it under medical spa. Its listed service area includes Franklin and Licking counties. The phone number is 614-647-3595. What it does not name is the person who prescribes the weight-loss medication, or the medication itself.
What does it cost?
It does not publish a price for the weight management program, and it does not say whether a monthly fee would include medication. Neuromodulators are priced per unit: Botox at $12 per unit ($11 per unit for members) and Xeomin at $9 per unit ($8 per unit for members). The consultation is advertised as free.
Membership works like a prepaid wallet. Each month, $50 goes into a Virtual Wellness Wallet that can be spent on treatments, services or products. Members receive 15% off treatments, services and products, 5% off same-day services, a $50 gift card every three months, and $50 for each referral. New memberships carry a 3-month minimum term. Financing is listed, but its terms are not stated, and the clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the weight-loss prescription and whether that person is a licensed prescriber. Ask which medication would be used, and whether it is brand name or compounded. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication, follow-up visits and lab work, and what each costs if it does not.
Ask whether any part of the program can be done by telehealth, since the clinic does not say. Ask for its hours and the street address of the Powell office, which is not published. Ask how to cancel, and what happens to any wallet balance left when you leave. Finally, ask whether insurance is accepted for any part of your care.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic treatments such as neuromodulators or fillers, perhaps with a membership discount, and you are willing to get the prescriber, medication and full cost in writing before committing to the weight-loss program. It is less of a fit if you need a named prescriber and a published price before you book.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
