What is Allswell Wellness LLC?
Allswell Wellness LLC is a wellness center at 8080 Beckett Center Drive, Suite 317, in West Chester, Ohio. It calls itself a holistic healthcare center, but most of what it offers is aesthetic: Botox and fillers, chemical peels, teeth whitening and microneedling. IV therapy and weight management round out the list. Weight loss is one of several services, not the core of the practice.
The weight loss program centers on semaglutide, which Allswell offers under the names Ozempic, Rybelsus and Wegovy. It also offers tirzepatide. The starter package includes 12 weeks of semaglutide shipped to your home, 10 weeks of a "fat burner" supplement, monthly virtual or in-person visits with a Nurse Practitioner, nutritional coaching with meal plans, and insulin syringes with alcohol swabs. Weekday hours run 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., Saturday is closed, and Sunday hours are 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. Its Google listing shows a 4.9 rating from 16 reviews.
What does it cost?
The initial consultation costs $125, and that fee applies toward the cost of any additional program. After-hours visits carry a $100 fee. Allswell does not publish prices for semaglutide, tirzepatide or the starter package. It also does not say whether the package price includes the medication, or whether it accepts insurance. Ask for a total in writing that covers the medication, consultation, labs and follow-up visits before you pay anything. Ask about financing, membership terms and cancellation as well.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who writes the prescription. Allswell mentions a Nurse Practitioner but gives no name, and it names no physician. Ask for the prescriber's name, and ask whether a physician oversees the program.
Next, ask whether you would receive brand-name Wegovy or a compounded version of semaglutide. Allswell's semaglutide is made through its compounding pharmacy, with vitamin B12 and MIC added. It does not say whether that formulation is FDA-approved. Ask for that answer in writing.
Then ask what each refill costs and whether the package covers it. In its own words: "Our Nurse Practitioner is available to order your next vial regardless of current dosage." Ask what that means for your bill, and what labs and follow-up visits cost. Ask which states virtual visits cover, since none are named. Ask how cancellation works and what happens to shipments you have already paid for. Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want semaglutide or tirzepatide managed through regular Nurse Practitioner visits, and you are willing to confirm the price, prescriber and formulation in writing before you book. It is a weaker fit if you need a named physician or a published price list before the first visit.
