About Frey Health Services
What is Frey Health Services?
Frey Health Services is a provider-led weight loss and wellness practice in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Its main service is medical weight loss, and it also offers men's health (including testosterone care), women's health, IV therapy, wellness treatments, and infrared sauna with red light therapy. The wellness treatments include NAD+ and MIC + B12 lipotropic injections. It does not list peptide therapy. Nikki Frey, CNP, founded the practice in 2022 and oversees the weight loss, men's health and IV programs. The other prescribers are Tonya DeVaul, CNP, and Brooke Warnecke, APRN.
Weight loss care is available by telehealth to eligible patients in Ohio, Kentucky and Florida, and men's health telehealth covers Ohio. In-office visits are in Upper Sandusky. When medication is prescribed, it may be shipped to your home from a licensed pharmacy. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and weekends by appointment. The practice carries a Google rating of 5 from 95 reviews. It does not publish a street address, and the phone number is 419-504-5190.
What does it cost?
The one published price is $300 for 10 mL, which includes the medication, shipping, supplies and provider support. It does not say which treatment that vial is for. A $25 deposit reserves your consultation, and if you go ahead and are eligible, it is applied to your first order. Program services are direct-pay and are not billed to insurance.
It does not publish a price for the weight loss program or for hormone therapy, so ask for both. In its own words: "There are no automatic subscriptions or required long-term commitments."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription, and ask who the collaborating physician is, since the practice says its clinical services operate under a physician's oversight. Ask whether the program fee includes weight loss medication, because the published price does not say. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which licensed pharmacy fills it. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and get the weight loss and hormone therapy prices in writing. Ask whether the $25 deposit is refundable if you decide not to continue, and how you cancel. Finally, ask for the street address, since none is published.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want provider-led weight management or hormone care, can pay out of pocket, and are comfortable getting prices and prescriber details in writing before you pay. If you are looking for peptide therapy, this clinic does not list it.
