What is Zēl Lifestyle Collective?
Zēl Lifestyle Collective is an integrative wellness clinic with offices in Tallmadge and Hudson, Ohio. Drs. Serif and Amanda Krkic co-founded it. Its medical services include a GLP-1 weight loss program, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and antiaging and longevity care with NAD+ therapy. It also offers chiropractic care, acupuncture, dry needling, and IV therapy.
Angela, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is the only prescriber the clinic names. The weight loss program names Semaglutide (Ozempic®) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®). On Google the clinic has a 4.9 rating from 239 reviews.
This listing is for its Tallmadge office at 168 East Ave.
What does it cost?
The GLP-1 program starts with onboarding at $799 for Semaglutide or $1,099 for Tirzepatide. That covers a full lab panel, a consultation with the Nurse Practitioner, and a first vial covering at least 10 weeks. After that, the membership is as low as $99 a month for Semaglutide or as low as $299 a month for Tirzepatide. There are no hidden fees or separate lab charges.
THRIVE costs $399 a month with no commitment. THRIV3 is $549 a month on a 3-month commitment, and THRIV6 is $999 a month or $5,495 paid in full on a 6-month commitment. The THRIVE page lists the enrollment fee as both $425 and $599.
It does not take insurance. In its own words: "By operating outside the constraints of insurance, we can offer a wider range of innovative therapies and devote the time needed for in-depth consultations and treatments." It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, peptide therapy, or consultations.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes each prescription and who handles hormone and peptide plans, since Angela is the only prescriber named. Ask whether the monthly membership includes the medication, which is not stated. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. The clinic works exclusively with compounding pharmacies, yet it also names Ozempic® and Mounjaro®.
Ask which enrollment fee applies, and what the consultation and hormone or peptide plans cost. Ask what happens if a lab or visit is missed, since the next vial cannot be dispensed until it is completed. Ask how cancellation works. Memberships can be canceled any time after the two-month vial commitment. Ask for hours, which are not listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Ohio, are ready to pay cash, and want weight loss, hormone care, and wellness services under one roof. The clinic serves all 50 states by telehealth, but its programs are limited to Ohio residents, so confirm eligibility before you pay anything.
