About Avenity Wellness

What is Avenity Wellness?

Avenity Wellness is a hormone therapy and wellness clinic that charges cash for its care. You can reach it at (937)870-3738 or through avenitywellness.com. Avenity does not publish a street address, a town, or office hours, so ask where the clinic is and whether any visits happen in person.

Hormone care is the main focus. Avenity lists hormone replacement therapy for women and for men, medication-managed weight loss, and peptide-informed wellness services. It says it uses bioidentical hormones, and it offers testing for thyroid and adrenal function, plus vitamin B12 and vitamin D. It does not describe what its peptide-informed services involve.

The weight loss program is medically supervised and uses GLP-1 medications, with tirzepatide named as one example. Avenity does not name anyone who prescribes, and it gives no clinician credentials. Google shows the clinic with a rating of 5 from 4 reviews, under the category Wellness center.

This listing is for its Springboro office at 325 N Main St.

What does it cost?

Avenity lists a $100 consult in both its women's and men's services. The main ongoing cost is a monthly membership. The women's membership is $189 a month. It includes up to three hormone prescriptions and supplies delivered to your home, quarterly telehealth follow-up visits, monitored blood work, access to supplements and weight loss medications, and six acute or sick visits a year. The men's membership is $159 a month. It covers a testosterone injection or compounded cream with supplies delivered to your home, along with the same follow-up visits, blood work, supplement access, weight loss medication access, and sick visits.

Other medications and recommended supplements are charged a la carte. Blood work is billed through health insurance or at a discounted cash price through LabCorp. Avenity does not say whether weight loss medication is included in the monthly fee, and it does not publish weight loss medication prices. It also gives no cancellation terms and no peptide service prices.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the prescriptions and what their credentials are, since no prescriber is named. Ask where the clinic is and whether you will be seen in person or only by video or phone. If weight loss is your goal, ask whether the medication is part of the monthly fee or billed on top, and what it costs each month. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, because the men's membership refers to a compounded cream. Ask what the first testing, follow-up blood work, and any extra visits cost beyond the membership. Ask what the peptide-informed services are and what they cost. Finally, ask how to cancel, how much notice is required, and whether any fee is refunded.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want hormone care or a medically supervised weight loss program, you are ready to pay a monthly membership out of pocket, and you will get the prescriber's name and the medication's price in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need an address you can visit in person or a clear list of what each service costs.
