About RestoreMD

What is RestoreMD?

RestoreMD is a cash-pay regenerative and integrative medicine practice with offices in Mason and Lebanon, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati. Its services include medical weight loss, testosterone and women's hormone therapy, peptide therapy, PRP and stem cell treatments for joint pain, erectile dysfunction care, IV therapy and aesthetics. Weight loss, hormone therapy and peptides are all on the menu, and the peptide page lists anti-aging and longevity among its aims. Its single Google review gives it five stars.

Dr. Chauncy L. Eakins, MD, is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management, and directs its peptide plans. Rewa Banks, DNP, FNP-BC, a nurse practitioner, leads the women's health division. In its own words: "Every treatment plan is designed and monitored by medical professionals."

This listing is for its Mason office at 5378 Cox-Smith Rd, Suite D.

What does it cost?

The only prices the clinic publishes are for its weight loss programs, and all are monthly. The Peptide Weight Loss Program is $500 a month and includes Sermorelin and Lipo-TIM (a month's supply of each), physician consultations, a nutrition plan and a physiatrist visit for joint pain. The GLP-1 Weight Loss Program is $125 a month and covers a monthly prescription and management of Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic or Saxenda, with labs if needed. The Adipex or Qsymia Program is also $125 a month. For patients without insurance, or during shortages, in-office semaglutide injections are $125 a week or $500 a month. The clinic does not say whether medication is included in those monthly fees.

The clinic offers a free consultation. It says it accepts most major insurance plans, but its weight loss FAQ says coverage varies by plan. It publishes no prices for testosterone or women's hormone therapy, and none for peptide protocols beyond the monthly program.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs each prescription and who you will see at follow-up visits, since the clinic does not tie each program to a named prescriber. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the drug or only the visits, and what labs, exams and injections cost on top. Ask whether the products are brand-name or compounded, since the women's hormone page lists customized compounded hormone therapy. Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a minimum term. Ask whether telehealth visits are available. Ask which office hours apply, because the clinic lists its hours differently in different places. Call 513-935-3980 to confirm before you drive out.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are paying cash for a weight loss, hormone or peptide program and want written answers on what the monthly fee covers before you commit. It is a harder fit if you need a published price for hormone therapy or telehealth visits, since neither is stated.
