For hormones, ask whether the product is FDA-approved or compounded by a pharmacy. Bioidentical hormones can be either, and the answer changes what you are paying for.
Pellets cannot be adjusted from day to day the way many other hormone forms can. Ask how dose changes and stopping would be handled before the first placement.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since regular monitoring and laboratory evaluation are part of the care. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, and how cancellation and refunds work.
Who is it a good fit for?
