About Turn Back Time Aesthetics & Wellness
What is Turn Back Time Aesthetics & Wellness?
Turn Back Time Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa with locations in Bellbrook, Dayton and Centerville, Ohio. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: facials, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, laser skin resurfacing, Procell microchanneling and tattoo removal. Medical weight loss is one of its services, alongside bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptides and IV drips. Google lists it as a medical spa and shows a 4.9 rating from 73 reviews.
Sharon Rodgers, NP-C, is the only prescriber named. The weight loss program names tirzepatide, semaglutide, sermorelin and phentermine as medications, and its peptide options include GHK-Cu. Telehealth is open to all Ohio residents, and the weight loss program requires Ohio residence. A move to a new Dayton location is set for Sep 8, 2026. It does not publish office hours.
This listing is for its Bellbrook office at 45 W Franklin St Suite 1.
What does it cost?
Prices differ by program, so find the one that fits you. Tirzepatide starts at $259 a month, and semaglutide starts at $235 a month, with a 10 week semaglutide start offered for $399. A separate oral tirzepatide offer runs from $295 to $375 a month. A blog post gives tirzepatide at $295 a month or more and semaglutide as low as $245 a month, so the figures do not match. It does not say whether the monthly price includes the medication.
The weight loss program opens with a free consultation. In its own words: "Start with a FREE consultation to discuss health goals and lifestyle." The BHRT program charges $199 for an initial consultation, then $235 a month for organic oils delivered to you. The two consultation offers do not agree, so confirm which one applies. It does not mention insurance. It accepts CareCredit financing and offers Cherry payment plans. Military and first responders get 10% off with valid ID, but the discount cannot be combined with other offers. It mentions memberships but does not publish their terms or cancellation rules.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, or whether the drug is billed on top of it. Ask whether the tirzepatide and semaglutide are brand-name or compounded. Ask who writes your prescription and who oversees your care between visits, since Sharon Rodgers, NP-C, is the only prescriber named. Ask which consultation applies to you, the free one or the $199 BHRT one. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, how cancellation works, and whether a minimum number of months applies. For hormone therapy, ask what the oil contains and how your dose is checked over time. Ask for office hours, and ask whether the move to Dayton on Sep 8, 2026 changes where you will be seen.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Ohio, want aesthetic treatments and a weight loss or hormone program under one roof, and will get the price, medication and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a published price list and a named physician before you book.
