What does it cost?

It does not say whether the medication is included in a program price, whether it accepts insurance, or whether it offers telehealth visits. Consultations are free. In its own words: "And as always, the consultations are totally free."
The money terms it does publish concern cancellation. You need to give 24 hours' notice to cancel. If you cancel with less notice, a $50 flat fee goes on your card on file, credited toward a later visit within 30 days. If you neither cancel nor attend, a $50 fee is charged and is non-refundable. All service sales are final.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the tirzepatide prescription and who checks you before treatment starts. Ask whether the monthly price includes the medication or whether it is billed separately. Ask whether the tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it. Ask what the first consultation, follow-up visits and any lab work cost. Ask whether insurance is accepted and whether any visits happen by video. Finally, ask how a weight loss program is cancelled, and what happens to money already paid if you stop partway through, since service sales are final.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you can get to the Minot office, want a cash-pay weight loss program with a nurse practitioner as medical director, and are comfortable asking the questions above before you book. It is worth calling if you want the program first and the aesthetic services second.
