This is a good fit if you live within reach of Grand Forks, want a structured program with group classes and individual follow-up, and have a medical condition that may need monitoring while you lose weight. If you want one-to-one appointments only, ask about Nutrition and Fitness Coaching instead. Either way, get the prices and the prescriber's name in writing before you book, since neither is published.
