Does Dr. Adam sign your prescriptions himself, and which pharmacy receives them? What do labs, follow-up visits and monitoring cost in a normal month? How do you cancel, and is there a minimum term? Finally, what are the hours? It does not publish them.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay membership with direct access to one named provider, and you are willing to get the medication cost, the separate-fee question and the cancellation terms in writing before you commit.
