What is MyHealth1st?
MyHealth1st is a cash-pay clinic at 1389 Westgate Center Drive Suite B in Winston-Salem, NC 27103. It is open Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and it also serves patients from Asheboro and the surrounding area. Its main focus is medical weight loss. It also offers hormone pellet therapy and peptide therapy, along with coaching and wellness services. It does not describe longevity medicine as a service.
The weight loss program uses compounded semaglutide over 12 weeks, with lab work, nutrition guidance and health coaching. The clinic names Wegovy and Ozempic as brand-name versions of semaglutide. It does not name the person who prescribes.
What does it cost?
The semaglutide program is $1385 for the full 3-month program, and that fee covers all consultations and medication. You can pay monthly or prepay to save $100. A lipotropics program is $1235 on the same terms, and the combination of both is $1845.
Lab tests are either covered by insurance or cost $195 cash pay through LabCorp. The clinic does not publish a separate consultation fee. It describes its approach this way: "Without the need for insurance involvement, we offer our compounded Semaglutide as part of an all-inclusive program fee." It does not publish prices for hormone pellet therapy or peptide therapy.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and what their credentials are, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether the $1385 covers medication for the whole 3 months, and what you would owe if you stopped early, because a 3-month commitment is required. Ask whether the semaglutide is compounded and what that means compared with brand-name Wegovy or Ozempic. Ask which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost after the program fee, whether any visits are by video, and what hormone and peptide therapy cost. Ask how a prepaid balance is refunded if you cancel. You can call (336) 306-9393 to get these answers in writing.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person, cash-pay medical weight loss in Winston-Salem or Asheboro, can commit to three months, and are comfortable getting the prescriber's name and full medication terms before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need video visits, which the clinic does not mention, or if you want published prices for hormone or peptide care.
