About Le Reve Med Spa

What is Le Reve Med Spa?

Le Reve Med Spa is a medical spa at 2473 Wendell Blvd in Wendell, North Carolina. Nicole Brooker, a nurse and nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience, founded it in April 2024, and she is the only prescriber the clinic names. Most of what it offers is aesthetic and skin work: CoolPeel CO2 laser, neurotoxin wrinkle treatment, liquid microneedling, HydraFacial, Epicutis facials, HydraScalp with Keravive, IV hydration and vitamin therapy. Medical weight loss is one of its services, not the whole practice. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 107 reviews.

The weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, given as weekly injections in the office. In its own words: "Medical-supervised weight loss with personalized care, weekly treatments, body composition tracking, nutrition support, and exclusive member benefits." Consultations can be done by phone or video, and the clinic requires one before any treatment.

What does it cost?

Weight loss plans are cash pay only and billed monthly. Évolution, the Phase 1 semaglutide plan, is $149 a month. Évolution Plus, the Phase 2 semaglutide plan, is $299 a month. The tirzepatide plans are $249 a month for Phase 1 and $349 a month for Phase 2. Each monthly price includes the medication. The Phase 2 plans add weekly Vitamin B12 injections, 10% off spa services and products excluding Jeuveau, and Jeuveau at $10 per unit.

It does not publish a consultation fee. The clinic lists "No Insurance or Prescription Needed" as a benefit, and its FAQ mentions financing such as CareCredit on selected services. It does not publish membership, commitment or cancellation terms for the weight loss plans.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes each prescription. Because the clinic lists "No Insurance or Prescription Needed," ask how a prescription is issued for these medicines and whether Nicole Brooker reviews you before each change to your plan. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. Ask what the consultation costs and whether the first visit is by phone, video or in person.

Ask whether follow-up visits and lab work are included in the monthly fee, and what they cost if not. Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a minimum commitment. Ask what moving from Phase 1 to Phase 2 involves and what it costs. Confirm office hours before you drive over, since the clinic's posted hours do not agree with each other.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weekly weight loss injections given in an office, you plan to pay cash, and you want a practice whose main work is skin and body treatments, with weight loss as one of several services. If you need insurance billing, or want confirmation that a prescriber is on site at each visit, get those answers before you book.
