About The Physique Boutique

What is The Physique Boutique?

The Physique Boutique is a medical weight loss practice at 809 S 8th St. in Lillington, North Carolina. It has one location. Jamie Campbell owns the practice and prescribes. It offers GLP-1 weight management treatment, LIPO B12 injections, in-clinic or at-home injections, and telemedicine appointments. The medications it names are semaglutide, tirzepatide and phentermine. It partners with 503A PCAB-accredited pharmacies. In its own words: "we also offer flexible treatment options, including in-clinic or at-home injections, as well as evening, weekend, and telemedicine appointments."

Hours are Monday 3 pm to 8 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 2 pm, and Sunday 2 pm to 7 pm, with other hours available on request. Call or text 910-808-5888.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices, a consultation fee or membership terms. It is cash pay only and describes itself as a direct pay model. It lists flexible payment methods without naming them. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, so that is the first thing to ask.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription and how often you will see the provider, in person or by telemedicine. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication or whether the pharmacy bills it separately. The clinic works with 503A compounding pharmacies, so ask whether the GLP-1 you receive is brand-name or compounded.

Ask about labs and check-ins too. The clinic recommends six blood tests before starting, including a metabolic panel, lipid panel and HbA1c, and it offers in-office draws or LabCorp. Ask whether labs and regular check-ins are included or billed separately, what a visit costs, whether there is a minimum time commitment, and how cancellation works, including any prepaid months.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you have no insurance coverage for these medications, or your prescription is out of stock, and you want a provider you can reach by telemedicine, in the evening or on a weekend. Call first and get the prices and terms in writing before you book.
