About Omni Medspa
What is Omni Medspa?
Omni Medspa is a medical spa at 10210 Hickorywood Hill Avenue, Suite 100, in Huntersville, North Carolina. Most of its menu is skin and beauty work: facials, laser, microneedling, injectables, and lash, brow and makeup services. It also offers medical weight loss with GLP-1 medication, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, a provider-supervised four-peptide protocol called KLOW, and NAD+, glutathione and MIC/B12 injections. It serves Charlotte, Huntersville, Lake Norman, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville. Google lists it as a medical spa, rated 4.8 from 159 reviews.
Peter Fotinos, MD, leads the team and is the physician who uses bioidentical hormone therapy. Victoria Michael, FNP, MSN, is listed as a prescriber and oversees the wellness shots and weight loss program. Crystal Pinkett, BSN, RN, works in aesthetics and injections.
What does it cost?
Medical weight loss is priced as low as $350 a month. The weight loss section does not say whether medication is included in that price. It does promise no hidden fees, no extra cost for a dose increase, and unlimited complimentary check-ins with the provider. The first consultation is free. In its own words: "Book a FREE consultation with Omni Medspa to learn more about our weight loss programs."
KLOW is $400 a month for a 5mg daily dose and $600 a month for a 10mg daily dose. It is available by consultation only and is described as not FDA-approved. NAD+ is $199 a month for up to 50 mg and $225 a month for 100mg and up. Glutathione is $120 a month, and MIC/B12 is $25 per injection. It does not publish hormone therapy prices.
It accepts cash, credit or debit cards, and CareCredit. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Full payment is due at the end of each visit, and checks are not accepted. A card must be kept on file, and a missed appointment or one cancelled less than 24 hours ahead costs $50, charged to that card.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $350 monthly price includes medication, and which one. The team section mentions compounded GLP-1 therapies, and the weight loss section does not name a specific drug. Ask whether what you would receive is brand-name or compounded.
Ask which prescriber would write your prescription and who handles follow-up. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since neither is priced. Ask whether visits can be done by video, because telehealth is not mentioned.
Ask how long a plan runs, whether there is a minimum term, and how you cancel. Ask whether any visit can be billed to insurance or paid with HSA or FSA funds. Ask whether Revita Anti-Aging, which appears in Dr. Fotinos's background, is the same practice as Omni.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin treatments and medical weight loss or hormone therapy under one roof, and you are willing to get the medication, prescriber and follow-up costs in writing before you pay. If you need every price published first, or need to know whether insurance applies, get those answers before you book.
