About RevIVe Medical & Wellness

What is RevIVe Medical & Wellness?

RevIVe Medical & Wellness is a primary care practice at 1560 N. Main Street, Suite 101A, in High Point, North Carolina. It is led by Christi F. Morgan, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 15+ years of clinical experience across Atrium Health, Novant Health, and UNC Health. She is the only provider the practice names. The main work is preventive care, meaning annual exams, screenings, and chronic disease management. The practice also offers IV hydration, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and telehealth.

The weight loss program includes personalized plans, medication support when a provider prescribes it, and behavioral counseling. HRT starts with a consultation and lab work, and the practice lists creams, injections, patches, vaginal suppositories, and oral pills as delivery options. It is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and its Google listing shows a 5-star rating from 12 reviews.

What does it cost?

The clinic publishes three visit prices. A first-time visit is $200, an in-office visit is $125, and a telehealth visit is $65. Each carries an asterisk that the pages never explain, so ask what it covers. Extra charges include a $35 no-show fee, $130 for after-hours phone or telehealth calls, and $40 for copying records.

It is cash pay only. In its own words: "We don't bill insurance directly, which means no surprise bills, no prior authorizations, and no hoops to jump through." It provides a superbill on request so you can file with your insurer yourself. It does not publish prices for medical weight loss or HRT, and it does not say whether medication is part of any price.

What should you ask before you book?

Who prescribes, and who supervises? The weight loss page calls the program doctor-supervised, but the one provider named is a nurse practitioner. Ask whether a physician is involved and who would sign any prescription. Ask also whether a quoted price includes medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. The pages name no specific medication for either program.

The services page says the clinic does not give outside injections such as testosterone, while the HRT page lists injections as a delivery option. Ask which applies to you. Ask what lab panels, follow-up visits, and retesting cost, since the HRT page describes ongoing checks but gives no prices. Telehealth is listed for established patients, so ask whether a new patient can start care by video. Finally, ask how to cancel or reschedule, and whether the $35 fee applies to a late cancellation.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want primary care from a nurse practitioner, are comfortable paying cash, and will get medication and lab costs in writing before committing to a weight loss or hormone program. It may not suit you if you need a physician involved from the start, or if you want a full price for the program on the page before you call.
