What is Well Into Life Holistic Care?
Well Into Life Holistic Care is a medical spa at 10 Cabarrus Ave E, Suite 215, Concord, NC 28025. It is appointment only, and you can call 980.477.6637. It is open Tuesday to Friday from 2PM to 7PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.
Its main business is spa-style wellness. It offers IV hydration, vitamin shots, body contouring, lipo dissolve, and detox and wraps. Weight loss management is one more service on the list, and it is the one with the medical questions. Under that heading the clinic names GLP-1 injections, alongside lipo dissolve, pre-surgery labs and a 3D body scanner. Most of what that section describes is lab and body work.
Ebony Rooks founded the clinic and is the one person listed as a prescriber. Her credentials are licensed esthetician and nurse practitioner. Ebony has over twenty years of experience in healthcare. The clinic has a Google rating of 5 from 5 reviews.
What does it cost?
Monthly memberships are the only prices published. IV hydration Package A is $250 a month. It includes one IV treatment of your choice, one B12 injection a month, and use of a massage chair with red light therapy. Package B is $300 a month, with two IV treatments, two B12 injections a month, the same chair, and 20% off additional visits or add-ons. Vitamin shots Package A is $200 a month, with one shot a week and two detox wraps a month.
Weight loss injections appear in the membership heading, but no price is given for them. The clinic does not publish prices for weight loss management, GLP-1 injections or lipo dissolve. It does not say whether medication is part of any monthly fee, whether insurance is accepted, whether HSA or financing is available, or what the cancellation terms are. Consultations are free.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the GLP-1 prescription, and how often you would see that prescriber. Ebony Rooks is the only prescriber named, and the clinic does not spell out her role in weight loss care.
Ask whether the weight loss price includes the medication. If it does not, ask what the medication costs each month, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what the labs and follow-up visits cost, and whether pre-surgery labs are billed separately. Ask whether weight loss injections can be added to a membership, since the membership heading names them without a price. Ask how to cancel and whether there is a minimum term. Ask whether telehealth is offered and whether insurance is accepted at all.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV, vitamin shot or spa-style treatments on a monthly plan, and weight loss care is a secondary interest. If you want a weight loss program with a published price and a clear answer on who prescribes and what the monthly fee covers, get those answers in writing before you book.
