What is Ageless Beauty Med Spa?
Ageless Beauty Med Spa is a med spa at 4140 Clemmons Road in Clemmons, NC. Its Google listing puts it in the medical spa category, and most of what it offers is cosmetic: Halo laser treatments, BBL laser treatments, toxin treatments, chemical peels, Hydrafacials and dermal fillers. Weight loss is the seventh service on that list. It is one part of the practice, not the whole of it.
The weight loss program is what most readers are asking about. The clinic describes its programs as medically guided and says patients receive counseling and coaching "by a licensed physician," starting at the lowest dose of semaglutide and moving up as progress allows. No physician or other prescriber is named. The practice is rated 5 on Google from 120 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. No consultation fee is stated, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance. It lists a Payment Plans page and a Memberships page, but neither gives amounts or terms. It also sells gift cards. The clinic does not say whether semaglutide is included in the cost of the weight loss program. Ask for every charge in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the semaglutide prescription, and whether you will see that same physician at each follow-up. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication or whether it is billed on top of the program. Ask whether the drug is a brand name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether any of them are required. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Ask how dose changes are decided, how you cancel a membership or payment plan, and whether you owe anything after you cancel.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a medically guided weight loss program and you are comfortable with a med spa that also offers cosmetic treatments. If you want a clinic that names its prescriber and publishes its prices, call first and get those answers before you book.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
