About Rezilient Health

What is Rezilient Health?

Rezilient Health is a primary care service that employers add to their workers' benefits. Its headquarters is in St. Louis, Missouri, and it does not publish a street address for any CloudClinic, the in-person sites where patients get hands-on support from on-site medics. Visits can also happen by at-home telehealth. In its own words: "Meet with your doctor from your phone, tablet, or laptop wherever is convenient for you in all 50 states. No travel required."

It offers primary care for coughs and colds, annual checkups and heart health, with same-day or next-day appointments and messaging to the care team at any hour. It also runs Rezilient Weight Loss. That program starts with an appointment with a coach and a clinical evaluation by a primary care provider, then about 8 weeks of nutrition and exercise planning with a dietitian and health specialist. Wegovy and Zepbound are the GLP-1 medications it names, and a provider may start one if it is determined appropriate and the patient has kept to the plan. It names no hormone, peptide or longevity services.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices. When an employer provides the benefit, it is described as completely free to the patient, with a $0 copay and $0 deductible for primary care visits, urgent care visits and specialist e-consults. The benefit also covers dependents ages 7 and up.

Weight loss appointments are free for eligible patients. GLP-1 medication is not covered by Rezilient, and its cost depends on insurance. It does not publish a weight loss price, a consultation fee, or whether any price includes medication. It does not say whether it bills insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether your employer offers the benefit, whether you qualify, and whether your dependents are covered. Ask for the street address and hours of the nearest CloudClinic, since neither is published, and for a main phone number, since only a business fax is listed. Ask who prescribes Wegovy or Zepbound, because it does not name its prescribers. Ask whether the program covers the medication, what the medication costs with your insurance, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost.

Ask whether it bills your insurance, and how you would leave the program. Then ask what happens to your care if your employer stops offering the benefit.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if your employer has added Rezilient Health to your benefits and you want primary care plus a guided weight loss program with a dietitian and coach. It is worth a call before you book if you are considering GLP-1 medication, because its cost depends on insurance and no price is published. If your employer does not offer it, ask before you assume you can book.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
