About OVME
What is OVME?
OVME is a medical aesthetic business with studios in Charlotte, NC, and Dublin, OH. Its October promotions also mention St. Louis. Google lists it as a medical spa and shows a 4.9 rating from 137 reviews. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, skin treatments, lasers and facials. Weight management falls under its Wellness services, alongside IV hydration therapy.
The weight program uses Zepbound, and the medication named is tirzepatide. OVME describes it this way: "Zepbound® (tirzepatide) is an FDA-approved weight management treatment prescribed as part of a medically guided wellness program."
OVME says its providers are board certified, but it does not name anyone who prescribes.
This listing is for its Charlotte office at 2040 South Blvd, Suite 2.
What does it cost?
The Zepbound membership is $199 a month. Zepbound+ is $249 a month and adds weekly B-12 shots. Both include provider consultations, ongoing live medical support and 15% off services and products. Medication is not included, and OVME puts it at $349 to $499 a month.
Memberships carry a 3-month minimum commitment and then auto-renew monthly. The first consultation is complimentary, valued at $150. OVME names Cherry Financing as its payment option. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, and it does not explain how to cancel beyond the auto-renewal terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what credentials that person holds. OVME does not name a prescriber, so get the name before you pay.
Ask for the total monthly figure with medication included. The $199 or $249 fee does not cover it.
Ask whether the medication is brand-name Zepbound or a compounded version, and which one you will receive.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether they are part of the membership. OVME does not publish these prices.
Ask whether visits can be done by video. OVME does not say.
Ask whether insurance is accepted and whether HSA or FSA cards can be used. OVME does not say.
Ask how to cancel, how to stop the monthly renewal, and whether any part of the 3-month minimum is refundable.
Ask which studio handles weight care and what its hours are. OVME does not list hours.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live near one of the studios, you are ready to pay the membership and the medication yourself, and you want a provider consultation before you commit. If you need insurance billing, a named prescriber or cancellation terms in writing, get those answers before you book.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
