About Health Exchange Concierge
What is Health Exchange Concierge?
Health Exchange Concierge is a cash-pay concierge practice at 8810 Blakeney Professional Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. Its main business is primary care for all ages, offered mainly through membership, with weight loss, functional medicine and IV fluid hydration alongside it. Erik Osborne, PA-C, and Kristen Spratt, FNP, FNP-BC, MSN, launched the practice in early 2023. Vivian Pantelakos, FNP, MSN and Tejal Patel are also listed as prescribers.
Functional medicine includes bioidentical hormone therapy in the form of creams and gels, oral capsules, sublingual troches and injections. The only medications it names are estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. It names no weight-loss medication. In its own words: "Our membership program gives you unlimited in-office and virtual visits with your provider, plus one annual physical each year."
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, Friday until noon, and closed on weekends. It has a 4.9 rating from 62 Google reviews.
This listing is for its Charlotte office at 8810 Blakeney Professional Dr.
What does it cost?
Membership is priced by age group, and the two pricing pages do not agree. Adults 18 to 39 are listed at $60 a month on one and $80 on the other, and the other age groups differ the same way. The family package is $250 a month for up to 4 members, or $270 on the other page, plus $35 a month for each added member. New patients pay $350 for a 60-minute first visit. Follow-up visits for non-members are $250 for 40 minutes or $150 for 20 minutes.
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or IV hydration. It does not say whether the membership fee includes medication, and it does not state cancellation or commitment terms. It takes cash only.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which prescriber will handle weight loss and hormone care, since the clinic does not say. Ask who signs a hormone prescription, whether the product is brand-name or compounded, and whether the membership fee covers any medication. For weight loss, ask for the full first-year cost, including medical weight-loss options, follow-ups and body composition scans.
Ask which lab tests are required and what each one costs, and whether a prescriber supervises IV infusions. The clinic does not describe what peptide therapy involves, so ask directly if that is what you came for. Finally, ask how to cancel a membership and whether there is a commitment period.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want membership-based primary care with unlimited visits, can pay cash, and are comfortable getting prices in writing before you commit. It is a harder fit if you need published prices for weight loss or hormone therapy before you call, or if peptide therapy is the reason you are looking.
